LazyOtter helps users navigate the world of decentralised finance (DeFi) safely with risk-layered vaults that have been audited by SlowMist. Their vision is to leverage artificial intelligence, real-time risk analysis and automated emergency withdrawals to make DeFi more secure for non-technical users. LazyOtter are winners of the second prize in Bybit and Moledao’s Demo Day #5 and are also supported by Scroll, OneSavie Lab and Hailstone Ventures.
LazyOtter is a Scroll native protocol that offers risk-layered vaults to help non-technical users manage their risk in DeFi by providing risk evaluation, real-time alerts and automated emergency withdrawals. A token is confirmed in their roadmap for Q4 2024 or beyond.
The project is currently in the alpha stage and have developed two Aave risk-layered vaults. The full launch on Scroll which will expand the range of vaults is expected sometime in Q3 2024. Early users may earn an allocation of their token once it launches.
- Head to LazyOtter’s app here.
- Connect your wallet and switch the network to Scroll.
- You’ll need some ETH and/or USDC to deposit into LazyOtter’s risk-layered vaults.
- Go to the “Vault” page.
- Click on the AAVE USDC vault or the AAVE ETH vault.
- Input the deposit amount and click on “Deposit”.
- Sign the transaction with your wallet.
- As well as a potential LazyOtter airdrop, Scroll Marks can be earned from the underlying protocols.
- Keep your funds in the vault for as long as possible. One qualifier for this potential airdrop could be users who have maintained their vault balance over a certain amount of time.
- Deposit assets into new vaults once they launch. Another qualifier or multiplier could be users who have deposited into multiple vaults.
- Also, interact with their testnet and submit feedback in the Discord channel.
- LazyOtter’s roadmap indicates a token generation event in Q4 2024 (or beyond).
- However, please note that there is no guarantee that they will do an airdrop to the early users of the platform. It’s only speculation.
