Whether it’s a snapshot, a landscape photo or a portrait: so that photos don’t end up on their smartphones, many people print them out. This is now also possible online. In our weekly ranking we show you the ten best online photo providers in comparison.
You can take photos anytime, anywhere with your smartphone. But as long as these languish in the cloud or on mobile phones, hardly anyone will see them. That’s why many people print out their snapshots. Online photo providers now offer numerous options for this. These include: paper statements, calendars or photo books.
To find out which providers are best, the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) conducted a comprehensive customer survey. The analysis included 1,656 reviews from customers who had experiences with an online photo provider in the past twelve months.
The best online photo providers
The focus of the survey was on customer opinions regarding price-performance ratio, offerings, customer service, website and app, shipping and returns as well as ordering and payment conditions. The respondents were also asked to assess how willing they were to recommend someone.
All providers for whom at least 80 customers commented were taken into account in the evaluation. A maximum of 100 points was possible. In the following ranking we show you the ten best online photo providers – according to DISQ analysis.
